Physicians Formula Super CC+ was it super?

Ugh, this was such a fail for me both the concealer and the powder. I held these to some high standards.  First it's Physicians Formula  and second the claims thats these products can do, I wanted to see some miracles.

The concealer was not at all what I had expected. It is glossy and tacky.  It needed to be set with a powder.  It also has an SPF in it, not that it's a bad thing. The only thing is, is that my eyes burned after applying it.  The only conclusion I could come up with, is the SPF.  As far as it covering dark circles, blemishes and dark shadows this only dulled the appearance for me.  When it came to fine lines, this products was extremely tacky that it became a powder magnet and only accentuated them. The only things positive I could say is that it does help with redness and has no scent to it.  In the end, all I know is that I can't place this anywhere near my eyes.  This retails for $12.95, for a drugstore product this is on the high end.

Now to the second fail, the powder.  Now this was not all bad, just wrong color.  For it being "light/medium" this was nowhere near medium.  The color is extremely light.  I would have purchased this in a different color, but this powder only comes in two shades light and light/medium.  Also be forewarned that there is a grey cast to this.  As far as all that this claims, this was far from it.  When it came to cover anything, it dulled the appearance but more then anything left my face looking muddy (if that makes any sense).  When worn without a face primer, this clung and accentuated fine lies and pores.  This did nothing as a face powder for me.  I ended up using this an under eye setting powder.  I'm not even sure I would recommend that, I'm just trying to get some use out of it.  This retails for $13.95.  I wish I could give a better review on this product, but the color match was so off.
