One of the things I bought this week was a 5 euro spray from Inecto Pure Coconut Oil Glossing Spray. I always loved the Inecto face scrub with coconut because it felt very replenishing. Their bodybutter with coconut was a bit too greasy unfortunately. But this was way before the oil craze that's been going on for the past year. I had been hearing so many good things about coconut, how it is the only thing that can truly moisturize the skin and hair from outside.
I sprayed some product in my hand. It didn't feel greasy or sticky. It's very clear and smells lightly of coconut, but in a perfume kind of way.
The spray can be used on damp hair, or lightly on dry hair as a finish.
I sprayed some on my damp hair and dryed it. No result. And unfortunately, my hair started to get greasy within a day after washing due to the product. So no shine, just extra weight and dullness. I even felt like my hair was dirty or brittle, or both.
I thought that it might have been coincidence, but I tried it again and it gave the same result.
I had also perchased to serum. I don't think I used this one correctly though, I think I applied a tiny bit on damp hair, and I don't think you can apply serum on damp hair? Any way, it left my hair unmanageable and dirty after one day. I really want to try this on my dry hair but I'm afraid I'll ruin my curled hair and I can't apply serum before curling can I? Won't it burn into the hair?
So anyway, not much of a good experience with Inecto products so far. I read some other reviews of people who thought that the spray gave them that not so fresh feeling, same feeling hair gives you after 3 days without washing.
I give the spray a 3/10 and the serum 6/10 with the benefit of doubt.
